Google Nexus S

A little while ago i bought my first android smartphone. After checking out endless amounts of reviews three devices caught my attention. The HTC Desire S, the Google Nexus S and Samsung Galaxy S Plus. These satisfied my minimum requirements who were Andoid 2.3 (Gingerbread) and 1 Ghz processor.

But then i read about Ice Cream Sandwich (Androids brand new OS for smartphones and tablets) coming along for the Nexus S. What do you mean, you haven’t seen / heard about this OS… ? Check out some hands-on youtube videos right now. My decision was quickly made, i was about to buy my first android.

After browsing a bunch of online shops i found a very good deal at GSMwijzer.be. I quickly received it and a new world opened.

Pro:

  • lightning fast interface
  • 4 inch curved display
  • descent camera

Con:

  • plastic body (feels a bit cheap)
